Refund & Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@orangemall1.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Address & Refund Process

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item to our designated return address at your own cost. The refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Other Terms

  • If the return is initiated due to the customer's preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The exact fee will depend on the courier service you select.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., the item received is damaged or incorrect), the customer will not be required to bear the associated shipping costs.
